Download TeamViewer Quicksupport via the top button.
1. Download and open TeamViewer Quicksupport
2. Follow the steps to complete the installation
3. Go to System Settings ()
4. Open Privacy & Security → Screen Recording
5. Enable TeamViewer using the toggle
6. Confirm with your password or fingerprint if required
After completing these steps, TeamViewer will have the correct access to assist you.
