The Concordis Group is made up of the following organisations: Forseti, Mobypeople and Mobycon. We support them with, and advise them on, Apple Mobile Device Management. Concordis also uses Pro Warehouse Support, both remotely and on site.

One tool to manage Macs and iPhones

Jamf Pro enables the Concordis Group to easily and effectively manage all Macs and iPhones. Updates or new setting can be pushed to the devices automatically, and they can easily be blocked or erased remotely.

Regulating access to several cloud applications

Regulating access to several cloud applications

Our engineer Mathijs frequently visits Concordis Group’s different offices. We have advised them to use Okta Identity Management to regulate access to several cloud applications. Using Okta enables Concordis to always select the most appropriate application for every purpose. And users have a single username and password to access different web applications. The security of the applications can be enhanced by using multi-factor authentication via an iPhone app.

Dropbox Business

Users with access to Dropbox are members of a user group called Dropbox Member. Dropbox stores all newly created files in one single location. They are easy to find and securely synchronised to all Concordis devices so that team members can access them anytime, anywhere. For users of Dropbox Business, Dropbox will make a backup of all files, including earlier versions.

Microsoft Office 365

Microsoft Office 365

To access other team members’ calendars, the Concordis Group uses Microsoft Office 365’s calendar sharing. We have created an online platform using SharePoint, which used to be done via an intranet. By using SharePoint, known by Concordis Group team members as ‘The Wiki’, the team is able share knowledge in one central location. They access SharePoint Online using their Okta account.
