Apple hardware rollout

We have realised the complete rollout of all Apple hardware within a tight timeframe. The combination of Apple Business Manager and Jamf Pro ensures that the hardware is easy to configure and manage. Jamf Pro also enables optimal protection of the devices, even when they are lost or stolen. All these benefits provide the required ease-of-use that Mediahuis is looking for.

Products connected to Apple Business Manager

All hardware is connected to Apple Business Manager. The greatest advantage is that it is easy to implement hardware on a large scale without any trouble. The moment a user turns on a device, the account settings, apps and access to the IT services are automatically activated and configured. Another unique advantage is that the IT department does not need physical access to the device to complete the installation.

Jamf Pro to configure and roll out hardware

You cannot connect hardware to Apple Business Manager without a Mobile Device Management (MDM) server. We advised Mediahuis to use Jamf Pro as their MDM to manage all hardware. Jamf Pro is the best tool for Mediahuis to manage inventory, imaging, configuration, security and the distribution of software and apps.

Transition assistance

We supported Mediahuis during the transition to using their new devices. When required, we provided personal guidance and workshops to teach their team the skills required to become familiar with their new devices.
